Just visited the place and was very appalled with the attitude and service I received from the saleswomen. They treated the white customers better. I received much better service from the main AMICIS store without me needing to ask for it.

Just been there this morning and one of the staff from the first level was very rude when I asked about something, she said "its over there as my colleague already told you". I was shocked with the attitude and left the store without buying anything because of her. Went across the road and purchase the same item from a very nice and friendly staff. Never will go back to Amici.

Very unique pieces and the discounts are great. The sales people were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to bring some time, since the store is quite big and one might be able to find one or the other treasure.

Very hospitable woman that speak English, German and Serbian. She show me everything I asked . Prices are good and a lot of collections available. Tax free available. Great shopping.

I visited here this summer, and they had a good selection of nice women's clothes at 50% and more off. The staff was friendly and also very helpful. I found the staff here a lot friendlier than at the other Amicis boutiques. I look forward to visiting again next time I’m in Vienna!

Nobody explained us that we can’t return items! I bought a pair of shoes , but unfortunately too small for my wife and I could not return them! It is so disappointing for that kind of a luxury store.
